5. Click "Download" once again

- DO insert your image directly on designated areas
- DO make sure to fill in all areas with your information
- DO double check to make sure all information is correct
- DO NOT add background images
- DO NOT add any additional logos
- DO NOT relocated logos
- DO NOT change "www.clubo.life" to another URL
- Be mindful of overlapping text
